In order to meet the objective of offering a complete motor insurance product package, e-Cover now provides the agents the option of yet another class of general insurance, namely Drivers and Passengers Personal Accident (“DPPA”).
The DPPA module similarly allows agents to issue e-Policies for Personal Accident with just a few clicks. With this function in place, the agents are able to provide their customers with additional insurance coverage.

1. The Insured approaches the Agent for a new or renewal DPPA insurance policy.
2. The Agent will generate a DPPA e-Policy via e-Cover: DPPA Module.
3. e-Cover will send the e-Policy to the Insurance Company’s backend server for verification via the e-Cover Server.
4. Once the verification is done, the e-Policy will be sent back to the e-Cover Server.
5. Then, the e-Policy will be sent back to e-Cover where the agent can view the e-Policy from e-Cover screen online.
6. Finally, the insured will receive a confirmation of the DPPA insurance policy.
