e-Cover has incorporated the Foreign Workmen Insurance Guarantee as an effort to eliminate messy and untidy paperwork usually involved with this type of transaction. e-Cover facilitates the issuance of Foreign Workers Insurance Guarantees to employers for their submission to the Immigration Department as part of the requirements for hiring foreign workers.

The system allows agents to cover multiple foreign employees in the same Insurance Guarantee.

The module is designed and built with the standard e-Cover interface and step-by-step guide, which makes additional training unnecessary.

1. The Insured approaches the Agent for a new or renewal Foreign     Workmen Insurance Guarantee (“FWIG”).
2. The Agent will generate a FWIG e-Policy via e-Cover: FWIG     Module.
3. e-Cover will send the e-Policy to the Insurance Company’s     backend server for verification via the e-Cover Server.
4. Once the verification is done, the e-Policy will be sent back to      the e-Cover Server.
5. The Agent can view the e-Policy from the e-Cover screen online.
6. Finally, the insured will receive a confirmation of the FWIG.
