Rexit in collaboration with Reward-Link.com Sdn Bhd will provide the necessary linkages to the Road Transport Department (JPJ) as well as the insurance companies. Consequentially, by subscribing to e-Cover, we will help manage your entire Motor and other General Insurance business transactions.

1. The Insured approaches the Agent to purchase new policy or for renewal.
2. The Agent will generate the e-Policy via e-Cover.
3. e-Cover will send the e-Policy to the Insurance Company via the e-Cover Server.
4. The e-Policy will then be sent to Insurance Company's backend system for verification.
5. Once the e-Policy has been verified, e-Cover will submit the e-Policy to the RTD Gateway.
6. The RTD Gateway will send the e-Policy to the RTD System to be processed.
7. The processed e-Policy will be sent back to the RTD Gateway.
8. The RTD Gateway will then send the RTD Reply Status for the submitted e-Policy back to e-Cover.
9. e-Cover will then update the Insurance Company on the RTD Status.
10. The Agent can view the RTD Status from the e-Cover Policy screen online.
11. The Agent can then inform the Insured about the RTD Reply Status.
12. e-Cover will also send out the RTD Reply Status via SMS to the Agent and/or Insured if the request is made.
